Suggest Treatment For Pleural Effusion As Per X-ray Results

I am diagonised pleural effusion in my right lungs on strength of PA view X-ray of chest.Pleural effusion is drained as per doctor s advice and send for pathological test.Report :-TLc count-302, Lymphocytes:-86%, ADA:-38.2 ,Malignant cells :- Not detected.After 6 week again PA View X-ray of chest taken and again pleural effusion in right lungs.Now Doctor advice me following medicines : - 1)T.Pantocid DSR 2)T.Macox Plus 300/600 .3)T.Combutol 1000 mg. 4) T.PZida 750 . 5) T.Benadon 40 {1/2 tab daily}. I am waiting for your expert advice.

hi your doctor advised you antitubercular medications which should be used for a minimum period of 6 months.
with your reports and relapsing plural effusion it is most likely due to Pulmonary tuberculosis.
