Suggest Treatment For Plantar Fasciitis

Hi, my name is DaNelle G. I am currently suffering from a number of health issues. The one that concerns me the most right now is Plantar Fasciitis, which includes a symmetrical Arthritis, bone-on-bone grinding of my big toes where there is no cartilage in-between the bones, heel spurs, and possibly toes bone spurs). I have been given exercises to relax the current pain, but I am tired of just dealing with the pain. Is there anything I can do to possibly replenish the cartilage in my toe bones and are there exercises that can help arrest the Arthritis? This is a pain in the butt, literally. DaNelle G. You know what, forget it. I just realized that the answer is going to cost me something. Forget that I asked. Go find someone else to extract money from. I can easily go to another site and get the answers I need, FREE, without having to pay for. Oh my God! every freaking thing in this world is about money. Well, you will not get the little bit of money that I have. Thanks for nothing!!!

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The amount of pain is substantial and I would like to suggest:

- Hot water fomentation 5 minutes each, 3 times a day with alternate application of ice pack for 10 minutes each 3 times a day.

- Analgesic with anti inflammatory action for better pain relief.

- Injection Kanacort at painful sites give best outcomes which should be discussed with your consultant.

- Avoid tight shoes, high heels, walking bare foot.

- Keep blood sugar, body weight under control.

- Get prescription of cartilage forming substances as chondroitin sulfate and others from your doc.

Hope I have answered your query.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
