Suggest Treatment For Plantar Fasciitis While On Naproxen

I have plantar faciitis. What are the top things I should work on. Have hard orthotics, using a cane for walking, roll foot over rigid orthotic wooden bar. Taking osteoflex, taking naproxen, Australian dream topical, doing yoga stretches. Should I push walking or resting the foot.

Plantar fasciitis usually resolve within 12 months in more than 80 % cases.Wear a night splint designed to keep the ankle in neutral position.Ice or heat, massage or stretching helps. Avoid activities that exacerbate pain Use NSAID like Naproxen for short term only ;otherwise it may cause kidney damage.Orthotics provide medical arch support and can be effective.
Plantar fasciotomy is the last option, if no improvement after 12 months of conservative treatment.
