Hello. Welcome to '
Ask A Doctor.' I have read your query and here is my advice.
I am sorry that both of you are having these issues with your adolescent son.
First, let me say a pinworm can migrate from the perianal area to the urethra(tube in center of penis that drains urine from bladder to outside the body) and cause irritation or infection.
Please tell me what you mean in your question, "spend a week and hospice" and "this test go away."
As I don't know where you are, I hope this is appropriate. I am in USA and, of course, it is summer here. Try making personal hygiene a play activity. Have all the family members who will participate put on their bathing suits, go outside into the yard, and spray (gently) one another with water. Try doing this as often as once a day, if possible. Initially,
use no soap.
If your son tolerates this, then after several days, add a body cleanser or children's shampoo. Put it on your skin and underarms first, then hand him the bottle and encourage him to do the same. Some of the suds will probably get between his bathing suit and genital area.
Who diagnosed your son with Asperger's. Has he been evaluated by a mental health professional? Is he being seen regularly by this professional? Is he taking any medication?
It is most important that his aggression be treated. This will enable his psychiatrist(Ideally, he ought to be seen by an adolescent psychiatrist.) to more effectively treat his Asperger's and maybe remain in school longer.
How long has he been going to school for just one hour four days a week? Is he in Special Education? How is he doing academically? Maybe the psychiatrist can suggest a more appropriate school setting.
The police have already been involved! This is a critical situation!
With all of the energy that I have, I ask you to do everything you possibly can for your young man. Even if treatment costs more, he will receive better care if he is in therapy with a psychiatrist.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.
