Suggest Treatment For Pins And Needles Sensation While Having Varicose Veins
I have varicose veins in my leg which 10 years ago I was told wouldn t be a problem til later in life! Until now all a been fine, but 5 weeks ago I was hit on right on shin it bruised and bled and the vein which looks knotted blew out instantly! That part has since gone down but it s still sore to touch and I experience pins and needles regularly!

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like hematoma , inflammation , nerve injury , blood clot or broken bone . I would suggest you to apply cold compresses for 48 hours , apply warm compresses after 48 hours , take proper rest , try to keep your leg stable , keep your leg elevated while sleeping . Consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination. Doctor may order CT scan , MRI along with physical examination . Doctor may give plaster , recommend phsical therapy , muscle relaxant along with anti inflammatory .
