Suggest Treatment For Pin Worms

I was diagnosed with pin worms. I was given stromectol for the infestation. I was wondering what to I need to do now? I already cleaned everything but I really want to know what to do with me now.... Do I wait? When do I go back to the doctor? Is there anything I need to do while I wait? Please help!
