Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pimples, tiny raised bumps on thighs which occur due to presence of excessive
sebaceous gland sin that area and clogging of skin pores. I would suggest you to :-
- Maintain complete hygiene of the area.
- Wash thight arae with
cold water and mild soap twice a day .
- Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove the dead skin and bacteria .
- Apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 even if your are not under sun exposure to prevent your skin from further damage .
- Apply
kojic acid cream at night which is a natural extract of mushroom , very effective and safe for long term use.
- Avoid use of
steroids.
If condition doesn't start getting better then
consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe procedure like chemical peeling , microdermabrassin. Doctor may prescribe antibiotic therapy to you.
Drink at least 8-9 glasses f water daily and eat citrus fruits.
