Its been a year and it feels like its never going away. There is also 2 tiny black holes on my forehead. I wash my face 2 times a day and thats all.

Hi,

There are several things you can do to treat pimples on your forehead:
* Cleanse your face twice a day: Use a gentle cleanser to wash your face twice a day to remove excess oil and dirt that can clog pores.
* Moisturize: Moisturize your face with an oil-free moisturizer to help prevent your skin from becoming too dry, which can lead to more oil production and breakouts.
* Use topical treatments: Over-the-counter topical treatments containing benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, or retinoids can help to unclog pores, reduce inflammation, and prevent new breakouts.
* Avoid touching your face: Touching your face can transfer bacteria and oil from your hands to your skin, causing more breakouts. So, avoid touching your face as much as possible.
* Avoid oily hair products: Hair products that contain oils and chemicals can also contribute to breakouts on the forehead, so avoid using these types of products.
* Consider seeing a dermatologist: If your pimples are persistent and not responding to over-the-counter treatments, consider seeing a dermatologist. They can prescribe stronger topical or oral medications to help clear your skin.

It's also important to note that pimples can be caused by a variety of factors, including hormonal changes, stress, diet, and genetics. So, make sure to take care of your overall health and well-being to help prevent future breakouts.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
