Hello You didn t mention that , which cream you were using. Since ,you didn t mention the gender as in female and male have different reasons for pimples . I am advising for general case. Adapalene is available in solution /cream/gel :Apply thinly onto affected area once daily at night after cleansing the area with lukewarm water . Don t rub the skin with towel rather dry the skin and apply solution or gel or cream. Also take clinadmycin tablet 300 mg once in day with pantoprazole 40 mg for 15 days . Since this is a prescription treatment so consult your treating doctor and get a prescription. Avoidance for fried , pizza, burger, greasy chocolates are important as these foods are predisposing factors in few patient. If you are female then get in blood for androgen and testosterone level with ultrasound of both ovaries. Good luck.
