General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Even though pimples are very common for your age,the area of distribution can be of specific cause like hormonal imbalance.
*Try washing your face with mild soap.
*Use Isotretinoin cream of strength .025% and slowly change over to .05% if there is no response.
*Start using a facial foam with Glycolic acid and salicylic acid thrice daily for better results.
*Drink plenty of water, as dry is more prone for acne and other skin related infections.
If there is no response inspite of the above measures taken, its better to see a specialist for further evaluation.
Hope my advise was helpful to you.
