The little bump with dark area around it as you describe in your query is hyper pigmentation with little inflammation left after recovery from pimple .This condition is also known as post inflammatory hyperpigmentation . It will take 3-4 weeks to go away I would suggest you to not to touch or squeeze it with your hands ,use mild scrub with gentle massage to remove dead skin once in a week hard rubbing can damage your skin, use broad spectrum sun scream to prevent darkening of skin due to UV rays of sun ,cover your face while going outside your home ,apply mild hydroquinone crean (not for long term use ) and apply vitamin E oil before going to bed. Aoevera gel is also very effective treatment for dark spots . Drink lots of water and add lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet .
