Suggest Treatment For Pimple Scars On Face

Hello Dr. I m 21 years old and I m sick of my pimples spot. How can I get rid of my pimples spot on my face. I have applied some cream but didn't wrk . my skin is normal not more oily or nor more dry . so pls suggest me, which creame or medicine I should apply.

As per your complain it seems that the pimple spots are due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, secondary to pimples and the treatment that can be done is a combination of topical depigmentation creams and certain techniques..
You can start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Vitamin E and C containing creams can help..
Creams that are rich in licorice extract and grapeseed extract can be helpful..
Always apply a sunscreen lotion to reduce photosensitivity effect..
You should exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle face scrub..
Treatments like chemical peeling, Photofacial, Microdermabrasion, dermal rollers etc can be helpful..
