Suggest Treatment For Pimple On The Jaw Line
Hello, I had a large pimple appear on my jaw line and become a cyst , I got it injected by cortisone and it seemed to help for a few days but never went away, 1 week later, it started getting painful again and caused another major cyst to grow underneath the other causing a quarter size bump on my jawline so I got it shot 2 more times! It s not gone , one week later , this is embarrassing, and I m a confident , and attractive 20 something year old female. Is there anything I can do to help me not get these? What can I do to help this one go away. When I was younger they would cut them out of my face :( in the E.R I have PCOS and Thyroid disorder . Thank you so much

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimple on the jaw line which occurs due to clogging of skin pores, due to tooth infection which causes facial space infection and due to hair follicle infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take some antibiotic preferably capsule doxycycline twice daily for at-least 10 days or tab dan-p if pain is there with cap rekool-d twice daily empty stomach. Apply betnovate on acne twice a day for 2-3 days. Visit dermatologist/ dentist once if symptoms keeps on persisting. Avoid touching and pricking it with sharp objects. Exfoliate your skin one a week to remove the dead skin from your face.
