Suggest Treatment For Pimple On My Lip Line?

Hey! I have a bump/pimple on my left lipline. It started off small but overnight it got inflamed or something and became quite big, bigger than anything I ve had before. There s white pus in it but even a blood as well, it s hard and even got my left upper lip to swell. It hurts and I really can t get it to pop. Any suggestions to what I should do? Thanks!

Herpes labial is
You may do investigation for confirmation like Anti HSV I antibody IG M type
You may take
Tab.Acyclovir 200 mg
1+1+1+1+1 for 7 days
Apply acyclovir cream
Twice daily for 10 days
Consult with your doctor for follow up
