I am worried i have a pilonidal cyst and i am not quite sure what to do. I just noticed it, and it seems to be draining with some fluids as well as blood. Just next too these three holes, I have a large hard mass that hurts to the touch. I am 19 years old, about 5'9, male. I've been pretty healthy throughout childhood, just the occasional run of the mill sicknesses including mono, pink eye, and strep.
