Suggest Treatment For Piles

Hello, I have piles , without bleeding, without itching, without any discomfort, my problem is after passing stool mucosa remain out for some time and later goes inside. I am using Pylex cream . Will it be helpful, if yes.. How long I should use it.. Regards

I understand your concern.
What problem you are having appears to be uncomplicated piles along with some amount of anal sphincter laxity.
Use of such creams would only help in relieving certain symptoms of piles and does not cure it. Piles can be cured completely by means of operation.
Hence, it would be advisable to consult Surgeon in this regard and get examined clinically to note what is the status of your problem. Treatment can be instituted accordingly.
