Suggest Treatment For Piles

i am suffering from piles and i have started taking empty stomach 1 tab euphorbia prostrata extract and calcium dobesilate tablets. and 1 after meal ornof and softovac (bowel regulator). i started 1 day back . its still paining while passing motion. please suggest me more??

The medication which you have started is fyn, all u can do yo reduce pain is that you can use any lignocaine jelly and apply near your anal orifice.
It will soften your mucosa and largely will anaesthetize your area for a while.
You can apply it prior to defecation and moreover your medication also soften your stool. This way you can get rid of pain.
Take plenty of water and other fluid, you can also take Psyllium husk, Eat plenty of salads too. Avoid taking calcium and iron as they might constipate and harden your stool.
Continue the treatment and can tell me after 3 to 4 days.
