Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pigmentation on cheeks which is because of increased sensitivity of your skin. Well there can be many reasons for hyper pigmentation like over exposure to sun light , hormonal changes and side effect of certain medicines . I would suggest you to wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice daily and then apply kojic acid cream which is safe and effective. It will lighten your skin. You can use Melacare cream but its long tern use start causing side effects as well. You should use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30. You can go for home remedy as well. Apply mashed potatoes on these pigments. Apply aloe vera gel it will resolve. Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove dead skin. Visit dermatologist once if your symptoms keeps on persisting.
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Thank you for contacting HCM.

Sorry you are suffering with this for soo long. This cream is used to treat melasma. pigmentation you have can be reduced by the bleaching effect of hydroquinone, which is an ingredient of the Melacare. every individual is different, you will not know until you try it.

any kind of cream before you ally on the face try on your arm to see if you develop any allergy. if you don't see any allergy you can apply over the face.

these creams work well only when u use it along with balanced diet containing fruits, vegetables and plenty of water.

good luck
