Suggest Treatment For Phimosis

Hello, Im almost certain I have a case of Phimosis. I m 18 and I was never told that my uncircumcised penis was supposed to retract, now I ve been trying to figure out how to do so, I know stretching is a way but not sure how. I m not sure how serious it is because I cannot see my penis head and the tip of my penis is tipped like an elephants trunk. Am I too late? Do i need to be circumsised?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to Phimosis.

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with surgeon for detailed clinical examination.

You may require surgical intervention after surgeon consultation.

Avoid forceful retraction.

Hope I have answered your query..
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
