I understand your concern for relapses of acne vulgaris. It is well known that acne is a multifactorial skin disease. There are many factors that can precipitate or exacerbate the acne lesions. Stress, anxiety, oily food, dandruff, travelling, sleeplessness, drugs like steroids,pills..etc may be the factors. You consult the dermatologist for the perfect treatment.
I would suggest..
- antibiotics like azithromycin or minocycline - isotretinoin in low dose - clindamycine gel - antiseptic face wash - avoidance of triggers
Have patience...and take treatment for the long time.
I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
