Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vomitings

my son 26 years old has had 3 episodes of heart raising, limbs tingling in the last 9 days. Today # 3 episode included heart pounding out of his chest, vomitting, chills, legs weak and shaking. We went to emergency his bp was 137/104 pulse 116. We stayed at emergency for 1.5 hours and left because he was to sick to sit there in a wc without being admitted to a room. At 10pm tonight i took it again 142/97 pulse 120. he has no temperature and has vomitted 4 times today. He does not appear to have any breathing problems. Hes afraid that he is going to die. What do you think is wrong with him. He was drinking last night but this is not a hangover.
