Hi,

As per your query your child have symptoms of persistent vomiting and diarrhea which seems to be due to electrolyte imbalance in body leading to acute gastritis. I would suggest you to give child liquid diet for few days to rehydrate body. You can take banana on daily basis and light food. You should avoid taking dairy products in excess.

Avoid hot, sharp and spicy food. Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined and start treatment after complete examination. You should get intravenous fluid administration as well.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
