Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent skin problems which occurs because of infection of bacteria when clogged pores gets filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Excessive exposure to sun is the other factor responsible for your condition. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply aloe vera gel on skin and apply vitamin E oil on face at night before going to bed. You should apply sunscreen Such as TAN CARE rich in SPF 26. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. You should use product containing benzoyl peroxide. Apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. You should wash your skin with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate once a week. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Hi

Is it possible to send me the pictures of these skin lesions on your body .

I may be in a position to guide you in a right direction after seeing these pictures .

Moreover , i ll like to know your age ? your gender ?

Are you on any medications currently ?
Are you suffering from Diabetes or any other chronic illness?

Sure there are variety of tests which could be done specifically depending on the clinical suspicion of the disease condition . All tests can not be done for all patients .

There are skin problems which can be treated permanently and there are skin problems which are chronic and not curable but can be treated with a good overall control.

So do not need to be much worried . The proper diagnosis and to understand your skin problem is very important to explain further course of action .

Thank you
