Suggest Treatment For Persistent Scabies In Both Parents And Their 7-month-old Child
Hi I have had scabies for a couple Months me my partner and 7 month old have it and I ve tried tea tree oil mixed with coconut oil for a couple weeks tea tree oil baths salt baths steam clean spray and hoover my home constantly washes everything so much and have made myself extremely skint and can t get rid of these itches or lumps that are in my ears on my lips up my nose on my feet neck back down below and I m now trying TCP can I use this on my child? I ve used permithrin couple times and still I can t get rid of them I m going insane I can t stop itching and using and buying so much different stuff to try I don t know what else to do!

Well, you need not to simply use home remedies or antiseptic like TCP for scabies as it needs proper anti helminthics like Ivermectine for relief. So you should consult an infectious medicine specialist and get evaluated.
You can be advised oral doses of Ivermectin for all three of you and continue Permethrin lotion.
For itching, you can take anti allergic medicine like Levocetirizine or Fexofenadine. Do cool compresses. Put your clothes and bedding in sun and wear clean, washed and disinfected clothes.
