Suggest Treatment For Persistent Runny Nose

Hi, My wife, 25 years, has a problem of running nose since last 2 years. She has undergone a little operation of extracting stuff/cough out from nose & gave some medicines and told that she has an allergy of dust & air. But still the problem remained as it was. It becomes severe in the morning as she can t focus on day to day activities due to running nose & stuff. Please suggest some solutions.
