It started about 8 months ago , my pee has been having a awful smell . It Does NOT burn to pee . Me and my boyfriend have sex all the time and nothing is wrong with him . I m always so bloated that I look pregnant and sometimes when I eat my stomach gets bloated from the top and my lower stomach Tightens making the top look like a ball and the lower part of my stomach looking flat . When I had my baby 3 years ago I never had a postpartum check up . Any idea what can be wrong with me ? Yesterday I had diarrhea and vomit .

Hello,

Dehydration can cause a smelly pee. Try to take more water. For bloated stomach, try to take high fiber diets. You look constipated. Stop all spicy or high calorie diets. Try to do exercise regularly. Do not lay down after eating. In medication, you can take antiemetic and ORS. Take more and more ORS or Pedialyte.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
