Suggest Treatment For Persistent Loose Stool Despite A Normal Blood Test

My daughter 5years has been having loose stool for the last one week, she has been done stool, retro and blood test and they are all negative. She now has fever. She was given entrogermina and calpol and Zinc. She is still has stomach pains and fever is back. What could be the real problem?

This is possible infectious diarrheas and salmmoneal or parsitic infections may be considered so she should definitely do parasitic stool analysis and lab tests for salmonella typhi infection. Till that she should continue with prescribed medications and take enough fluids and probiotics.
