Suggest Treatment For Persistent Fatigue And Fullness Sensation In Abdominal Area

I have an on going (15 yrs.) chronic illness. I have been to many doctors and have found few answers. There are a lot of different issues but the consistent ones are... Sore (boils) on my back and around my waist. Fatigue Fullness (heavy) in gut area. I have found that i can help the situation by controlling stress, a good diet (gluten free) but this by no means fixes the problem. 10 years ago one of the results was I had 10 inches of my intestines removed as they had literally rotted. I have learned to live with it but really notice how bad it is when I have a good spell, example Oct. & Nov. were best days I had in past year but now the sores and fatigue have reappeared.
