Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dry Cough

Hi! I m having symptoms of dry cough which after roughly a minute each time brings up phlegm with or without a pursuant cough. I sometimes have a series of flutters in the chest. Is this normal? If so, is there a homeopathic remedy for this? I ve been taking Vit C, D, E, and Fish Oil and plenty of rest and fluids (including chicken soup). Due to the uncertainty of what could be happening... Is there any kind of named abnormality that could be associated with these symptoms?
