Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dizziness And Nausea

my husband woke up with his head spinning to the point of making him nauceous. He s been laying down most of the day but is still dizzy. He currently takes 1000 mg of extended release depakote, and now has started 3 weeks ago prozac 10mg. After so much time , could any of this be his meds or could it be virtigo? Should we wait or seek medical attention. Doesn t seem life threatening. Will it go away on it s own?
