Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea

My dad has had constant diahhrea for a while.. He can t digest anything without it going right through him. He has lost around 60 pounds because of this in a little less than 2 months. He is confused quite a bit, and he can t remember where he slept last night, or woke up this morning...(this has happened multiple times.) He has Tourettes, ADHD, bipolar disorder, insanely high blood pressure, and is agitated 110% of the time. He has a history of alcohol and drug abuse. Recently, he had an ultrasound done and they found sores inside his stomach which have been left untreated. Its obvious he s not healthy, but what could be causing these recent confusive moments or temporary loss of memory?

For persistent diarrhea you can take some antibiotics like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal pain. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause. You can take tab nitazoxanide for 5 days to completely get rid off diarrhea.
