Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea, Lower Abdominal Pain And Indigestion

Hello, I ve had loose watery diarrhea for 3 weeks going 8-10 times a day. Nausea, lower abdominal aching pain, indigestion. Today I noticed something round in the toiler that i had passed. I took it out and when I crushed it pus came out of it. What could this be?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is really pus comes out then it may be some infection and this can be treated with antibiotic and best drug would be "Tab Ofloxacin 400 mg" twice in day for 10 days and this is nothing to worry, it may be water born disease, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
