General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should take an antibiotic course, preferably a combination of ofloxacin and ornidazole, continue Bifilac and add Racecadotril. Take small frequent meals, plenty of water and fluids, ORS solution, foodstuffs like banana, curd and rice.
If the situation does not improve, please report to your clinician because you are in a critical stage of pregnancy and may need antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
