I have had chronic belching, big belches, day in and day out for two or three years now. I counted my belches one day and from the time I got out of bed until I went back to bed that night, I had belched 200 times. I m totally frustrated and at a loss. If I am swallowing air, it would have to constantly, and I can t notice how or when I am doing it. I do have acid reflux and I take 40MG of prescription Omeprazol every morning...I just belched while typing this. I have had an endoscopy and upper GI with no noticeable symptoms/indicators that might cause this. Please...please...please offer me some input on this. I feel my stomach problems are ruining my health and quality of life. Thank you in advance for your reply/advice.
