Suggest Treatment For Persistent Chest Pain

Hello Doctor, my chest is hurting so much because I was just stretching out a little bit when I woke up until I heard a cracking sound but I already took Tylenol a minute ago and I was wondering if it could be I might have accidentally strained my muscles too?

Muscular problem

any trauma

acidity/ re-flux

Local application of Nano fast gel 1% twice a day for 2-3 day

avoid heavy Physical activity till pain subside

consult Physician if symptom persist
