Suggest Treatment For Persistent Breathing Problems

Hi, my husband is suffering from breathing problems from past 15 days. When cough will start then he will not be able breath for few seconds, and again he will be normal, he had cold and cough. And some time he too do smoke..Please suggest to whom I can contact.

For his cough you can give him salbutamol syrup 5 to 10 ml. Kindly see to it that he dis not smoke until his cold clears off. Fir cold give him tablet levicetrizine 10mg before he goes to sleep. Steam inhalation with medical oil like eucalyptus oil can be helpful.
