Suggest Treatment For Persistent Body Pain?

I have a fairly sudden onset of body pain in several areas. It seemed to start with my right inside upper leg in the groin area. Spread to left upper leg, groin area. Pain in both left and right shoulders which has radiated down to my inside upper arms. I feel like something has consumed my body from head to knees. The pain is worsened at bedtime and I cannot find a comfortable position to lie down. Moving positions is painful. I sometimes move to a chair with pillows at my back and under the knees. Trying to get upright and out of bed to stand is very difficult and with much pain. Once I am up and move around slowly and take a hot pressure shower helps. This condition has been continued for three weeks.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to repetitive stress injury. Taking short term NSAID drugs like Ibuprofen and ice pack application will be helpful.
Thanks.
