Suggest Treatment For Penile Skin Infection

Hello Doctor, I am.having infection on.my penis , first it start with some white particles and the skin get tight and hard to move back and forth. Now it turned to red swollen areas and little bit of pain is also there , i tried the Candid-B ointment(clotrimazole+beclomethasone) and fluconazole 150mg tablet but 2 days ago but the effect is not that much yet, could you please suggest me what to do? In case if i have to.meet a doctor ,is that a dermatologist i should meet?

Hi welcome to health care magic....

Don't start treatment by our own..

Here your lesion should be inspected and it seems to be fungal balanitis than mentioned treatment by you can be given....

Your skin is not retracting back towards shaft, so there might be phimosis due to balanitis...
In such case topical steroid can be prescribed....

If phimosis persist than circumcision operation needed in which foreskin removed and tight frenulum released

First consult dermatologist for examination and if needed than surgeon consultation might taken...
