General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Bartholin gland cyst producing bump on the area.
Nothing to worry, if size increase or pain appears, there can be infection and at that time treatment might require.
Nothing to worry about cancer.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Ok and take care.
