Suggest Treatment For Partial Epilepsy

my son aged 18 yrs. Last 6 years as per doctor says he is patient of partial epilepsy and taking course topamac and oxetal from 50mg to 200mg now per day topamac and 100mg to 600mg now per day. When his treatment started his weight was 45 kg now 99.50 . during epilepsy my son is fully conscious and only effect is on mouth , he can't talk and salavation continues. 3 yrs back he got this problem during sleep. whether we are going perfect treatment or getting wrong . I have video of my son if required i will send you to with all MRI, EGG reports. please guide me.
