Hello,

If the wound has not healed since 3 months now, and there's pus, this means you have not treated it adequately.

You need to consult with a dermatologist as soon as possible to start prescription meds.

If cannot manage to see dermatologist, go to ER. You risk experiencing severe complications like sepsis or foot amputation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
