Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

It seems from the history that you are having throat pain with phlegm.
This indicates throat infection in the form of laryngitis.
This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
Use of decongestants and salt water gurgling provides symptomatic relief.
Do consult your doctor for prescription of drugs after confirmation of diagnosis.
