hi, so i have a burning/painful feeling where my nose meets my throat. the rest of my throat doesnt hurt and it doesnt really hurt to swallow. it feels like there is a lot of mucus back there but my nose isn t stuffy. tylenol isn t making it any better
It seems from the history that you are having throat pain with phlegm. This indicates throat infection in the form of laryngitis. This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Use of decongestants and salt water gurgling provides symptomatic relief. Do consult your doctor for prescription of drugs after confirmation of diagnosis.
