Suggest Treatment For Painful Testicles

Hi Doctor, I am 53 year old male. Diabetic 2 for 15 year with controlled with Hba1c below 7. T.his is related to sexual query. I never consulted with urologist. My left testicle has little pain when the penis penetrate and the pain will be their till ejaculation. Now I do not have any sexual pleasure also. should I take Vita ex Gold campus or please advise. I have two children

Hi,

The causes can be as follows:
Diabetes has multiple complications including the ones you have.
Pain in the left testicle can be due to one of the following reasons:
Epididymo-orchitis.
Varicose veins called varicocele.
Repeated torsion and so on.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the color doppler of the scrotum to get the diagnosis.
Consult a Urologist for proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like Ultrasonography of the abdomen, particularly for the urogenital system.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and thus allow proper management of all your problems including the sexual part.
Do not try anything on your own.
