Suggest Treatment For Painful Sore On The Face

Hi, I have a sore on my face that does not want to heal. It isn t huge but it very painful and hurts down to the bone. I have had it for about three weeks. It started as a brown spot that opened up. I have tried neosporin, bactrin creme, witch hazel, hydrocortozone and nothing seems to clear it up.

Hi

you seem to have developed an infected lesion .
Avoid touching or squeezing the lesion .
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase.
In some patients ,regular and long term anti acne therapy has to be given .
