Hello,

You are suffering from painful butt rashes. Painful butt rashes are commonly indicative of genital herpes, psoriasis, shingles, heat rash, contact dermatitis, eczema, etc. You are suggested to take pain relieving medications, Naproxen or Combiflam, one SOS when required. Get clinically examined in ER, get STD tests, tests for HSV, herpes, etc., done. if the reports are positive you will be treated with antibiotics and antivirals.

You can take antihistamine and apply Zovirax ointment or hydrocortisone ointment on the affected area for relief. Applying calamine lotion and cool compress can also give relieve. Take care of your hygiene, take regular bath. Wear loose cotton clothes. Avoid sharing your clothes or your toiletries with anyone. Avoid sex and any type of sexual activity.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
