Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump On Spine Caused After A Fall

About a year ago I fell off my porch and hit my back on the steps I have a large lump on my spine every since. It has gotten a little larger it seems and I am in pain in my lower back up yo my shoulders and neck. When I first fel the surgeon didn t want to remove it. should it be removed now?

it can be hematoma. You need to further investigate by x rays. If it is due to trauma then it doesn’t need to be removed.
