Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump After Abdominal Surgery

hello. I had abdominal surgery back in April of this year. I now have what I believe to be a raised thick purple Keloid. I am not entirely sure though. It seems to get worse, and then a little better. It also at times has drainage. It is very painful to touch. Am I correct on what it is, and if so what is the best treatment? Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having deep seated infection on operated site and requires investigations and examination.
Consult your treating doctor and get examined.
you might require abdominal ultra sound to know site and extent of infection in abdominal cavity.
Ok and take care.
