Suggest Treatment For Painful Hemorrhoids
I have had painful, debilitating hemorrhoids for three days and they don t seem to be getting any better. I can barely walk. I can t have a bowel movement without having to scream. I cant sleep. I ve tried alternating ice and a heating pad which helps slightly, but not much. I ve tried soaking in a hot bath, lemon juice and hemorrhoid cream, but nothing provides any relief. What should I do?

Surgical correction is the best treatment available. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. You can opt for Stappler surgery as it has got best results. As of now laxatives like lactulose can be tried.
