Suggest Treatment For Painful Hemorrhoids

Sir I am 22 yr old I have problem of piles from last 1 year .. I am taking ayurvedic table Ashakalpa vati patanjali s not cured my pile .... After coming from latrin internal sides of anal pain very much I can not sit very well in the chair or on floor .. Please suggests me quick relieser table thank you very much....

Dear Sir/Madam,
Kindly see a surgeon since your symptoms suggest Grade 2/3 of piles can be treated by surgery.As far ayurvedic medicines are concerned, they are not proved scientifiaclly, so I would suggest you to seek a surgeon opinion. For temporary relief of pain you can use Diclofenac 50mg tablets, drink lots of water and fluids, eat more of vegetables, fibre foods. Avoid straining during passing stools.
