Hi , Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum .

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having ASOM .

When a patient with similar conditions meets me at my clinic, I prescribe
antibiotic ,
anti inflammatory analgesic Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily &
Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination .

Keep ear dry ,don’t allow water go inside while bath.

Hope this answer helpful to you . If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
